Job Opening
The Lockwood Group is looking for a key personnel Program Manager supporting DEVCOM Armaments Center in Picatinny, NJ contingent upon award of the DEVCOM AC Omnibus contract.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for growth of new Task Order work, and execution of Existing Task Order work for the DEVCOM AC Omnibus contract with overall program responsibility for cost, schedule, technical, quality and risk management.
• Reviews program proposal to determine time frame, funding limitations, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of program
• Establishes lead staffing for each phase of program.
• Confers with project leaders to outline work plans and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
• Directs and coordinates activities of project lead personnel to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
• Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
• Prepares program reports for management, client, or others.
• Confers with project lead staff  to provide technical advice and resolve problems.
• Coordinates program activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university.
