The Lockwood Group is looking to contingently hire a key personnel Program Manager supporting DEVCOM Armaments Center in Picatinny, NJ.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reviews program proposal to determine time frame, funding limitations, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of program
• Establishes lead staffing for each phase of program.
• Confers with project leaders to outline work plans and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
• Directs and coordinates activities of project lead personnel to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
• Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
• Prepares program reports for management, client, or others.
• Confers with project lead staff to provide technical advice and resolve problems.
• Coordinates program activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job satisfactorily, an individual must be able to produce each of the essential results and perform each of the essential functions satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university.
