Field Service Representative (FSR)

Position Summary:
The Lockwood Group has an opening for a Field Service Representative to support our Army customer at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate receipt, preparation, and timely shipment of CCE V2/V4 and SFF systems, ensuring on-time delivery to supported units.

  • Lead New Equipment Fielding (NEF) and Total Package Fielding (TPF) operations in accordance with AR and DA PAM 700-142.

  • Deliver, install, configure, repair, maintain, and test tactical network systems across multiple CONUS/OCONUS locations.

  • Perform system diagnostics, troubleshoot hardware/software malfunctions, and implement corrective actions to restore full functionality.

  • Install and manage Wi-Fi Security and SFF systems supporting enterprise wireless LAN and edge access networking environments.

  • Enhance network security and reduce downtime by supporting multi-enclave operations (voice, video, and data).

  • Provision servers, create and validate test environments, and maintain physical and virtual infrastructure across 48+ systems.

  • Manage virtualization environments, including physical/virtual storage, VDI, routers, switches, UPS, PDUs, and servers.

  • Represent PM Tactical Network programs in fielding and modernization activities, ensuring seamless integration and operational readiness.

Requirements:
  • Active Secret Clearance

  • 3–5+ years of experience in tactical communications, IT systems, or network fielding support.

  • Hands-on experience with CCE systems (V2/V4) and/or Small Form Factor solutions.

  • Strong background in system installation, repair, troubleshooting, and sustainment.

  • Familiarity with Army fielding processes (NEF/TPF) and related regulations (AR/DA PAM 700-142).

  • Proficiency in virtualization technologies, enterprise networking, and multi-enclave operations.

  • Ability to travel frequently (CONUS/OCONUS TDY).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in high-tempo environments.

Salary:
  • 80k to 90k
