The Lockwood Group is currently pursuing a contract providing program support to the Project Manager Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT). We are seeking a skilled and motivated Program Manager to support the program at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides comprehensive program management oversight for all contractor and subcontractor personnel supporting the task order.
  • Manage and oversee all contractor and subcontractor personnel performing work under task order, ensuring their performance meets established standards outlined in Performance Work Statement, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), and as required by the Contracting Officer or Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
  • Perform independently without supervision.
  • Responsibilities include high-level program planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and lifecycle costing, and conduct manpower assessments and risk management, as required.
  • Provide weekly high-level status briefings and quarterly in-depth status briefings to management.
  • Manage and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract/program activities, interface with personnel, formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, ensure compliance to work standards; interpret policies, purposes, and goals of the organizations for contractor and subcontractor personnel, and utilize company resources to achieve program objectives.
Requirements:
  • Fifteen (15) years of experience in the management and supervision of substantive military hardware/software development, or related systems analysis.
  • Six (6) additional years of related experience or relevant military service may be substituted for Master’s degree.
  • Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business or related scientific or technical discipline
  • PMP Certification
  • Active Top Secret/Secret Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)
