Project Overview – PTSS C5ISR Hardware & Software Program

The Lockwood Group is seeking a Management Analyst to support a C5ISR hardware and software effort for a U.S. Army customer located at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD. This program provides engineering, programmatic, and lifecycle support to enhance mission-critical command, control, communications, computers, cyber, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C5ISR) capabilities in support of Army modernization priorities.


Position Overview

The Management Analyst will provide analytical and program support services to a Government program office supporting C5ISR hardware and software initiatives. This position will assist with business operations, documentation, financial tracking, reporting, and general program management support functions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience supporting DoD environments, and the ability to work effectively within a structured acquisition and program management setting.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA)

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

  • Experience supporting DoD or Federal Government programs

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Active DoD Secret clearance


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Army or C5ISR-related programs

  • Familiarity with acquisition or program management office environments

  • Experience supporting programs located at Aberdeen Proving Ground
