Currently we are recruiting for a Technical Lead to be located at Fort Campbell KY or Fort Gordon GA supporting the CEDAT program.  Please see further details in the job description below.
Job Responsibilities
  • Prepares Progress, Status, and Management Reports with input from Subcontractors.
  • Develops Subcontractor Statements of Work, deliverables and other requirements to meet prime contract requirements.
  • Ensures appropriate task resources are available, as needed.
  • Reviews technical deliverables submitted by Subcontractors and technical personal and provides approval.
  • Manages the technical performance against cost & schedule, defines and mitigates technical risks, develops and ensures quality metrics are met and reports up to the PMO via Project Management Visibility Board.
  • Capture Technical Lessons Learned to be shared, as required throughout the duration of the program.
  • Reviews Prime Statements of Work and other technical requirements to ensure those requirements are met during contractual period of performance.
  • Develops GFE/GFI lists.
  • Assist the Program Manager in development of Technical Baselines and manage requirements changes during execution.
  • Assist in developing a technical staffing plan and maintain the proper staffing levels and skillsets across the program.
  • Assist in hiring for key technical positions on the program.
  • Manage technical personal through the duration of the program.
  • Assist with customer meetings and presentations
  • Assist in the development of plans and solutions to be incorporated into future Task Orders or Task Order Execution.
  • Manage all aspects of the design, integration, and test of software and hardware products.
  • New customer development through promoting the program’s capabilities and value-add with the goal to expand customers beyond the existing base on the program.
  • Promotion of company Values and Culture throughout the program.
  • Travel to fielding locations and other customer sites supporting various program events.     

Job Requirements
  • Ten (10) years direct related experience in technical management is required.
  • Requires ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships; excellent written/verbal communication skills required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Project, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
  • Current Secret Security Clearance Required 
  • The ability to maintain access to government/military installations.
