This Data Analyst position will support the Inventory Management team and will be responsible for set up and maintaining spreadsheets to inventory and catalog all PEO IEW&S systems located at the various CONUS locations.

  • Develop inventory management spreadsheets that efficiently upload into the Army’s Enterprise Systems Integration Program system.
  • Prepare and analyze inventory management data.
  • Provide timely feedback to inventory management team regarding data tracked in spreadsheets.
  • Travel to Sierra Army Depot; Elizabeth City, NC; Salinas, TX; Encino, TX; Huntsville, AL; Yuma Proving Ground, AZ; Tobyhanna, PA along with other future sites.
  • Knowledge of advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills.
  • Focused and attention to details, ability to think independently and detect problem issues.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and follow through with projects from start to finish.
  • Ability to quickly understand and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
  • Ability to work well under pressure to meet project deadlines
  • Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients and other employees of the Company.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to respond to incoming emails with proficiency and professionalism
  • Able to work extended hours if necessary.
  • Have a minimum active Secret clearance or have had a clearance in the past three years.
