The Lockwood Group is seeking a Training Section Manager
for a position at Fort Gordon, GA supporting Warfighter Information Network-Tactical Increment 1 & 2 (WIN-T 1&2) Instruction. This is a pipeline opening until determination of final award.
- Responsible for the overall performance of the work.
- Full authority to act for the contractor on all task order matters relating to daily operation of this task order.
- Ensure quality of performance of this effort and adherence to the accepted quality control plan.
- Manage cost, schedule and technical requirements for the program.
Possess a minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or management experience in institutional training, other technical military training programs, or vocational/ technical training programs for adult learners.
Possess at least 3 years of directly related experience in classroom/course instruction.
Possess one of the instructors’ certification. SCTC or Cadre Training Course (CTC)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and ten (10) years of general experience. Six (6) years of general experience is equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree. With a Master’s degree, six (6) years of general experience is acceptable.
Clearance: SECRET required
- DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level I: Certified or received current certification-level training in proprietary product network operating system or integration tools, such as in one or more of the following: CompTIA Net+, Security+, CCNA Routing and Switch, Project Manager PMP, and VMware Certified Professional.
- Possess one of the instructors’ certification. SCTC or Cadre Training Course (CTC)
