Training Support –Registrar

Fort Gordon, GA
The Lockwood Group currently has an opening for a Training Support –Registrar for a position at Fort Gordon, GA supporting Warfighter Information Network-Tactical Increment 1 & 2 (WIN-T 1&2) Instruction.

Minimum/General Experience: Minimum/General Experience: This position requires at least three (3) years of administrative support experience. Ability to interface with customers, determine requirements, and independently solve problems. Understanding of military ranks and organizational structure, policies, and procedures. Demonstrated administrative and organizational skills are required, as well as in-depth knowledge of student record administration in a military training environment.

Minimum Education: Possess a minimum of an Associates or related field or 3 years of directly related experience in TRADOC institutional training, other military training programs, or vocation/ technical training environments that include experience in class scheduling, classroom support, equipment conflict management, student actions and class rosters.

Training: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and SharePoint. Previous
training with 6 months of Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS) experience or database experience accessing or formulating individual information. Previous training in the use of online testing tools such as Blackboard.

Clearance:  SECRET required
