Travel Coordinator

Belcamp, MD


The Lockwood Group requires a Travel Coordinator for our Belcamp, MD location.


Job Duties / Responsibilities:
  • General administrative support to the program and PM helping with government-customer interface, briefing development, administrative scheduling, and responsible for capture and dissemination of meeting minutes.
  • Responsible for all Travel Coordination, supporting personnel questions for online travel booking system Egencia, supports team preparations for IRDO, SPOT, etc to travel to all CONUS and OCONUS locations where units are supporting Mission Command products.
  • Assist with Timekeeping for Unanet: Ensure all employees submit their time sheets in a timely matter so, that payroll is not delayed

Requirements:
Microsoft Word & Excel experience preferred

Education:
HS diploma and 4+ yrs experience

Clearance:
Active Secret
