The Lockwood Group currently has an opening for a Provisioner

Candidate must possess 7-10 years of integrated logistics support experience, either in a US Army
Project Office, Lifecycle Management Center, or equivalent experience in the US Army.
Candidate will use current provisioning regulations to create/maintain provisioning database for weapon system; Analyze Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) assignments and prioritize requirements to meet suspense deadlines for NSN assignments, PPL processing, and RPSTL development; Validate Maintenance Repair Rates (MRRs) in preparation for Selected Essential-Item Stock for Availability Method (SESAME) run, optimizing operational availability and cost; Coordinate with ILS on enrolling and maintaining the Weapon Supply Support Program (WSSP); increasing readiness by adding visibility to DLA managed items; Work with LMP Team Cadre and Fielding team on the Global Combat Support Strategy- Army (GCSS-Army) and Total Package Fielding (TPF) efforts; Act as Submittal Reviewer Point (SRP) for the Joint Electronic Type Designation Automated System (JETDAS) Nomenclature/ Type Designator requests. Verifying part numbers, complement data, capabilities, etc. are all valid, prior to submitting to the Department Control Point (DCP); Develop Interchangeability & Substitutability relationships to track and manage the rapid obsolescence issues involved with sustaining Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) IT equipment
Candidate will develop provisioning requirements to include; Statement of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs). CDRLs will include Provisioning Parts List (PPL), Repair Parts and Special Tools Lists (RPSTL), Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP), Maintenance Allocation Chart (MAC), and Design Change Notices (DCNs). Lead Provisioning Guidance Conferences with contractor, ILS, Engineer, and Tech Writer. To direct/review expectations called out on provisioning CDRLs and to set up future In Process Reviews (IPRs). Lead Provisioning Conferences addressing redlines and discrepancies identified on draft provisioning deliverables.
Responsible for clearing all provisioning requirements related to Full Material Release conditions and support provisioning updates as an outcome of Engineer Change Proposal or system modifications; which include acquiring PBOMs for all actively fielded systems and obtaining National Stock Numbers (NSNs) for all procurable CECOM and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) managed items.
3. Certification(s) Required:
No certifications required. DAWIA Level 1 Certification in Life Cycle Logistics desired but may be achieved after hiring.
4. Education Preferred:
Minimum education requirement: High School diploma.  Preference Associates Degree in Business or Technical Major.
5. Preferred Skills:
Effective interpersonal communication skills, ability to work independently with experts in the logistics area, and ability to manage long-term efforts. Pro-active, energetic and assertive nature.
Experienced utilizing the Army standard supply system.  Experience with creating and maintaining provisioning databases for weapon systems. In depth familiarity with Army Regulation 700-18 Provisioning of U.S. Army Equipment, Army Regulation 708-1 Logistics Management Data and Cataloging Procedures for Army Supplies/ Equipment, and PAM 708-2 Cataloging and Supply Management Data Procedures for the Army.
Proficiency with Microsoft office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
