The Lockwood Group is currently pursuing a contract providing advisory and assistance services support to the Space Forces HQ in Arlington, VA. We are seeking a SME on Program Objective Memorandum (POM)/Presidents Budget Request (PBR). administration (e.g., issue team prep, planning integration), specific capabilities and mission areas of the US Space Force, the Intelligence Community, and the National Security Space enterprise.
Provide strategic-level expertise in Space Force acquisitions, orbital warfare, cybersecurity, readiness, strategic planning and Space Command & Control. Assess all USSF elements, from missions and systems to personnel and processes and submit comprehensive assessment reports to guide and inform weight of effort and focus areas.
Provide Focus on POM/PBR administration (e.g., issue team prep, planning integration) The contractor will provide subject matter expertise on specific capabilities and mission areas of the US Space Force, the Intelligence Community, and the National Security Space enterprise.
