Duties and Responsibilities
Provide instructional design expertise for the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE) of Officer, Warrant Officer, Noncommissioned Officer, and Army Civilian Professional Military Education (PME), to ensure academic rigor and relevance.
Able to obtain Top Secret clearance.

We are seeking an Instructional Designer to support our Army customer located at APG, MD. .
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide instructional design expertise for the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE) of Officer, Warrant Officer, Noncommissioned Officer, and Army Civilian Professional Military Education (PME), to ensure academic rigor and relevance.
- Develop training products, program documentation, and execute contract deliverables for the U.S. Army's Analytics Solution to Establish Real-Time Operational Information Dominance (ASTEROID) program, encompassing all aspects of the ADDIE process.
- Research and analyze design documents from Functional Teams while monitoring resolved system defects to ensure training products continually align with system capabilities.
- Establish documented Instructional Design Standards to ensure uniformity and excellence in delivered materials.
- Design the methodology, documentation, and developer training needed to convert online training to Adobe Captivate Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to create professional and engaging training solutions.
- Lead training product review sessions with government stakeholders to validate the fulfillment of learning requirements.
Able to obtain Top Secret clearance.
