Position Overview: We are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as a Warfighter Readiness Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical support to enhance the readiness of Army personnel for deployment and operational readiness. You will work closely with military leaders, training personnel, and support staff to identify needs, develop strategies, and implement solutions to optimize Warfighter readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with military leadership to assess Warfighter readiness requirements and develop comprehensive support plans.
  • Coordinate training programs and exercises to enhance individual and unit readiness levels.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify gaps in training and readiness and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of innovative training methodologies and technologies.
  • Provide logistical support for training events, including scheduling, equipment procurement, and facility coordination.
  • Serve as a liaison between military units, support agencies, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Compile and analyze data to track readiness metrics and report on progress to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in Warfighter readiness and training.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., military science, education, organizational development) or equivalent experience.
  • Prior military experience, preferably in a leadership or training capacity, is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of military operations, training principles, and readiness requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances.
