Overview:
The Lockwood Group is looking for individuals with any of the skillsets listed below to join the Army's Tactical Network (TN) Program. You will provide vital technical assistance and expertise to ensure the successful development, implementation, and maintenance of advanced network systems essential for mission readiness and effectiveness. This role demands a deep understanding of program management, systems engineering principles, and a commitment to excellence in delivering cutting-edge solutions for the U.S. Army.
Skillsets needed:

Program Management Support:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of program plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure alignment with project objectives and milestones.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate communication and coordination across multiple project teams and functional areas.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying risks and recommending mitigating actions to ensure timely delivery of program milestones.

Systems Engineering Assistance:
- Provide technical expertise in systems engineering principles to support the design, development, integration, and testing of complex network systems and components.
- Assist in requirements analysis, system architecture development, and design trade-off studies to optimize system performance and functionality.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify technical challenges, propose solutions, and ensure compliance with program requirements and standards.

Technical Evaluation and Analysis:
- Conduct technical reviews and evaluations of contractor deliverables, including design documents, test plans, and technical specifications.
- Analyze system performance data, test results, and field feedback to assess the effectiveness of deployed network solutions and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations for system enhancements, upgrades, or modifications to enhance reliability, scalability, and interoperability.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate project status, technical findings, and recommendations to program leadership and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of program activities, including meeting minutes, action items, and decision logs, to support effective project management and decision-making processes.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with program stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and end-users, to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with external organizations and subject matter experts to leverage technical expertise and resources in support of program objectives.
- Represent the TN Program SETA team in meetings, conferences, and working groups to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within the defense community.
