Position Summary: The Lockwood Group is looking to hire a Project Manager to work for our client at the US Coast Guard installation at St. Elizabeth’s in Washington DC.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Project Manager shall be a single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR.
The Project Manager shall be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
The Project Manager shall be available to the COR via telephone between the hours of 0700 and 1600 EST, Monday through Friday, and shall respond to a request for discussion or resolution of technical problems within 2 hours of notification.
Clearance Required: SF85
BA/BS Degree plus a minimum of 10 years’ experience; or
MA/MS Degree plus a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a relevant field
Relevant degrees: Engineering, Business Management, Project Management
Relevant experience: Program/Project Management, Facilitation, Program Management Toolset Implementation, Organization Transformational Efforts, and Standing Up of New Programs
Must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in support of the US Coast Guard, Government Agencies supporting defense, Homeland Security, or law enforcement missions.
Certification as Project Management Professional is required.
