Position Summary:
The Lockwood Group is currently pursuing a contract providing support services to the CECOM Worldwide Field Support and are seeking multiple Logistics Management Specialists to support the program.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Capable of performing pack, wrap, and ship functions of containerize systems, components, or parts in accordance with military transportation specifications for shipment or transport to/from CONUS and OCONUS locations and between identified locations. 
• Capable of performing stock/store/issue functions to sustain operational readiness requirements. 
• Capable of analyzing and coordinating an organization’s supply chain.
• Can manage the entire life cycle of a product, which includes how a product is acquired, distributed, allocated, and delivered. 
• Oversee activities that include purchasing, transportation, inventory, and warehousing.
• They may direct the movement of a range of goods, people, or supplies, from common consumer goods to military supplies and personnel. 
• Use software systems to plan and track the movement of products.
• Operate software programs designed specifically to manage logistical functions, such as procurement, inventory management, and other supply chain planning and management systems.

Requirements:

• B.A./B.S.
• 5 - 7 years of experience
• 4 years of additional work experience may be substituted for a B.A./B.S. Degree
• Active DoD SECRET Security Clearance.

Travel Requirements:

• 25%
