Position Summary
The Lockwood Group currently supports a contract with the U.S.Army Materiel Command, Logistics Center and are looking for a Sr. Logistics Analyst to provide depot level maintenance support to the program at Redstone Arsenal, AL.  

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic planning, concept development and requirements analysis for technology programs/activities in the Performance Based Logistics (PBL) office of the U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command (AMCOM).
  • Build/review Business Case Analysis (BCA), Core Logistics Analysis/Core Depot Assessment(CLA/CDA), and depot transition plans for various aviation and missile customers. Provide depot maintenance policy guidance on assigned aviation and missile programs for various Program Executive Office (PEO) and Program Management (PM) customers in accordance with (IAW) Title 10, United States Code, Sections 2464, 2466 and 2462, Army Regulation (AR) 700-127, AR 750-1 and Department of Army Pamphlet (DA PAM) 700-127 to ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
  • Offer Subject Matter Expert (SME) support concerning logistical/financial operations, evaluation of program plans/objectives, and provide guidance/support related to engineering services.
  • Manage customer requirements related to performing program/project management, technical analysis, and overall coordination of task requirements.
 
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Business related field and 5 - 10 years of relevant experience required.
  • Budget development and administration of government projects.
  • Travel: 25%
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power point and Adobe Acrobat are required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
